A transformational journey to become a leading player in Animal Feed, Poultry and Automotive by 2027.

Our strategy stems from an in-depth assessment of the business and a clear vision of where we want to go. In January 2023, we finalized our long-term strategy to become a leading player in Animal Feed, Poultry and Automotive by 2027 in the KSA.

Our strategic Road Map is built on three Pillars of Growth

This will be made possible by strengthening our core base, as well as shifting the portfolio mix towards higher margin products driving profit margins improvement. We will continue to develop our human capital and acquire additional talent with the aim of aligning our organizational capabilities with our Strategy.

Drive growth in existing and new channels via production capacity expansion, and distribution expansion by leveraging existing/new products.

We will continue to drive efficiencies in our operations, optimize product portfolio, adopt a best-in-class Environment, Social & Governance (ESG), and deliver shareholder returns in line with global standards.

Going forward we will invest in further expansion of our existing categories and will explore the entry into new profitable categories.

We are targeting savings through process simplification, enhancing commercial and working capital excellence, operational optimization, lean procurement and manufacturing and supply chain management.
