Conduct routine flock inspections to assess bird health, feed intake, mortality, and overall performance.
Perform post-mortem examinations and laboratory testing (serological and biological) to diagnose diseases.
Monitor and enforce biosecurity measures, disinfection protocols, and vaccination programs.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Ministry of Agriculture requirements.
Supervise and ensure correct implementation of ventilation, temperature, and humidity control programs in closed system houses.
Verify and monitor FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio), EPFI (Economic Performance Farm Index), and other performance indicators.
Inspect and evaluate carcass quality in slaughterhouses, identify causes of downgrades, and recommend preventive measures.
Maintain proper records and QC reports for all farm operations, health monitoring, and laboratory results.
Review and recommend cost control measures for medicine, vaccines, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with farm supervisors and production teams for corrective and preventive actions on quality deviations.
Provide technical guidance to farm teams to ensure optimal flock health and operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly QC and health reports to management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine (B.Sc. Vet. Med.) – 5 years study from a recognized university.
Eligible and ready to obtain veterinary license from the Saudi Ministry of Agriculture.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in broiler operations (farm or processing plant).
Strong knowledge of poultry diseases, vaccination programs, biosecurity, and disinfection procedures.
Experience in closed system house operations and environmental control systems.
Skilled in lab test interpretation and data analysis.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); good computer literacy.
Valid driving license required.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in farm environments under all conditions.
Willing to stay in company accommodation and be available for on-call farm visits as required.
