The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves: •Planning, Execution & Performance Tracking: Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. •Brand & Communication Support: Assisting in brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, sponsorships, and public relations. •Events & Sponsorships: Planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships. •Consumer & Market Insights: Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to support data-driven marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities. •Content & Digital Marketing: Developing and managing content for digital platforms, email marketing, and advertising campaigns to enhance audience engagement and conversion. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives. •Marketing Excellence & Innovation: Contributing to the rapid innovation pipeline, supporting product launches, and identifying new ways to enhance brand visibility and impact. •Budget & Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualifications: Postgraduate /Graduate (specialization in Marketing Management)
- Minimum Experience: 5 years functional experience.
