Manage and monitor all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met on time.
Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, and material requirements using Primavera P6.
Ensure all fabrication works comply with ASME, API, and client specifications.
Review and approve drawings, material specifications, and fabrication procedures.
Conduct project progress meetings, prepare technical reports, and update management on project status.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors to resolve technical and inspection-related issues.
Monitor project cost, manpower utilization, and material consumption to ensure budget compliance.
Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and project close-out documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of experience in a fabrication company handling pressure vessels and heat exchanger projects.
Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, material selection, and QA/QC procedures.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office applications.
Excellent project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
